This is the second time that my wife and I have had to deal with recall issues on our Ford expedition vehicle and each time the Sunrise Ford Service Center has confirmed and corrected the recall call issu deal with recall issues on our Ford expedition vehicle and each time the Sunrise Ford Service Center has confirmed and corrected the recall call issues without any issues whatsoever. My wife and I are very satisfied with the vehicle repair. The service center and its staff have been extremely responsive and professional. More

Horrible service took my car for a recall and ended up with a scratch. The manager in charge didn't do anything about it don't recommend next time don't let your oversized employees drive a coupe car and with a scratch. Marcio and his team are amazing from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend them any higher. I have a 2026 F250, got the UV liner, and it looks absolutely stunning. All the necessary repair was not made. Documents were not provided together with the key. I need to spend hours in the service to fix everything what suppose to be fixed.
