Best car service experience of my life We just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Windsor Nissan a couple of months ago and drove enough to need its first oil change, so we scheduled an appointm We just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Windsor Nissan a couple of months ago and drove enough to need its first oil change, so we scheduled an appointment with the dealer for early morning. Creating the appointment was quick and easy. When I drove up at 8:25 for an 8:30 appointment, I was immediately greeted by Steve, the Service Manager, who told me it should be done in an hour, so I decided to wait. Having waited for MANY service appointments with other cars and dealerships in the past, I braced myself for a potential marathon for so simple a service on a new car. However, at 8:45, Steve told me the car was ready and I was sure he was calling for someone else, even though there was only one other person in the waiting area. I have never seen a dealership operate so quickly and efficiently and value my time as much as this. In less than an hour after leaving my home, I was back with the car and ready to begin work. Absolutely incredible job and I greatly appreciate the service and will absolutely be back. More

BENNY IS THE BEST! I had been putting off looking for a new car because I absolutely dread going to car dealerships due to past experiences. After spending 2 days at ot I had been putting off looking for a new car because I absolutely dread going to car dealerships due to past experiences. After spending 2 days at other dealerships, I finally decided to try Windsor Nissan since it is close to my house. Within minutes, Benny was able to get me the exact car I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay for it. After getting completely aggravated at another dealership, I was shocked that I was able to make such a quick and painless purchase from this dealership. Benny was honest, pressure-free, and willing to get me the best price. Ed from Finance completed our paperwork and he, too, was quick and honest. He didn’t try to pressure or trick me into purchasing anything that I didn’t want. Part of my deal was to have something extra installed, so Steve from the Service Department assisted me with that. He was great and everything was done quickly and properly. I love my new Pathfinder and I would definitely recommend Windsor Nissan and especially Benny! More

Exellent repair and maintenance services Windsor Nissan Service team is the reason I still have my 10 year old Nissan Sentra in the top shape, up and running. Service manager Tony Katawick an Windsor Nissan Service team is the reason I still have my 10 year old Nissan Sentra in the top shape, up and running. Service manager Tony Katawick and master technician Steven Polotti are always very professional and courteous to me and other clients. With my very limited budget they helped me to save a lot of money on repairs and to keep my old car in a good shape. After being wrongly charged and mistreated by the other Nissan dealers in my area I decided to stay with Windsor Nissan. I would highly recommend Windsor Nissan Service team to all Nissan owners and before you go somewhere else to loose your time and money, please stop by Windsor Nissan and check them out for yourself.
