Ron is the best! I originally inquired online about an automobile. I received an email with information about a car that fit my wish list from a different associate, but when I went to the dealership he was busy (although I had an appointment) and Ron took care of me. If you go to Freehold Audi, a Ray Catena dealership, definitely ask for Ron from the get-go. He was personable and knowledgeable and took care of every detail - including adding my new car to my existing insurance policy. This is a classy dealership and we were treated very well. Having purchased a car previously at another Ray Catenary dealership I knew that when I decided to purchase a later model Q5 to replace my older Q5 t Having purchased a car previously at another Ray Catenary dealership I knew that when I decided to purchase a later model Q5 to replace my older Q5 that it would be at Ray Catena’s Audi Freehold dealership. I have had my Q5 serviced there for the past couple of years and their service was always top notch. I can now say the same for their sales Dept. We were greeted when we walked in and their product salesman Sean came over to help us as it was very crowded and the auto salesmen were busy with other customers. We were interested in 2 Q5 models Sean showed us both and let us test drive them. When we decided to purchase one Marc Levine in auto sales took over. He was very personable and had a great low pressure approach. He explained all the finance options thoroughly and we came to a very fair agreement with the help of sales manager Steve Raducha. It made for a more enjoyable experience. I would definitely do business here again! More
