We have had Land Rovers, Mercedes, a BMW, and quite a few other brands over the years. However, I have to say Marc, Steve the CPO Manager, Denis, and without question, Maria at the front desk, are charming and engaging professionals every step of the way. While we already had an Audi A4, Marc took us through both the Q3 and Q5 making sure we got to drive them and know what inventory was on hand. Marc knows the product which really helped the process move along. Despite having the need for out of state plates (and I mean way out of state plates), Marc and his crew had the Q3 ready to go the next morning. Texted him with a question after delivery and got an immediate reply. Freehold Audi and Marc are undeniably worth your consideration if you are looking for a luxury vehicle. More

Everything about the building and ambiance felt pleasant. Unfortunately, our sales person was extremely unpleasant. He would snap answers in a short-tempered manner and seemed angry when we asked him questions. When he spoke with our insurance company on the phone he was incredibly rude to the operators, and he even hung up on one lady by slamming the phone down. He used inappropriate language (called the insurance people "xxxxxxxx") and made inappropriate remarks (e.g. "I'm so stressed out...I need a drink"). Overall he was tense, impatient, and rude. Grateful for manager Steve who stepped in to resolve an issue with a scratch on the vehicle, when our sales person told us it was impossible to fix. Steve fixed it in 5 minutes, with a smile. This was an exciting day for us and a significant purchase, but the sales person made the whole experience pretty awful. More

When it came time to start looking for a new Audi I chose the Ray Catena Freehold because of the personal relationship that was already created over the past two years. I was introduced to Alex Mendoza when I started looking for a certified Q5. I was very open/honest about what I was looking for. Alex took the time to show me each model/specs. Over two weeks Alex worked with me to get a SQ5, which I wasn't even thinking about originally. When people thinking about purchasing a car it should be an exciting experience one in which is pressure free. Alex truly made the process enjoyable. Dealing with the sales specialist Rami Ayyash and sales manager Steve Raduca was the most professional and satisfying experience I have had in my 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Both gentlemen paid incredible attention to every detail of the sale that a customer could expect or desire.
