Unexpected check engine light on - good thing I was near dealer because limp mode kicked in. Dropped vehicle off and was offered a complimentary drive home in less than 10minutes. Problem fixed under warranty (vehicle almost 4 years old) in 2 business days but vehicle in shop over weekend. Waiting area was clean and stocked with soft drinks and variety of snacks. All in all pleasant experience. More
