Unexpected check engine light on - good thing I was near dealer because limp mode kicked in. Dropped vehicle off and was offered a complimentary drive home in less than 10minutes. Communication of issues/wo dealer because limp mode kicked in. Dropped vehicle off and was offered a complimentary drive home in less than 10minutes. Communication of issues/work mostly thru text. Problem fixed under warranty (vehicle almost 4 years old) in 2 business days but vehicle in shop over weekend. Waiting area was clean and stocked with soft drinks and variety of snacks. All in all pleasant experience. More

Purchased used as is vehicle 9/30/25 with no ‘dents’ on body of car. After service was completed I found a small ‘dent’ on driver side door. Advisor S. Ranelli was notified.
