VW lover converted I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came i I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came into the dealership with not a whole lot of time on my hands and a specific budget. My sales rep Kelly Mitchum brought the GM Steven Rhoads to me right away and I shared what my budget parameters were but also what my "must haves" were as well. While Kelly pulled the Sequoia out for me to test drive, Steven worked with the finance manager Bill Utnick to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Kelly gave me a great demo of the Sequoia, she covered it from hood to trunk and really knew everything about the Toyota and the Family Plan that you get at Fred Anderson. I showed the family and we were all sold, especially since they were able to hit my budget. I'm a big fan! I also want to give accolades to Eddie Cooks, he was a sales person that helped set up my iPhone so that I can be a good role model to the kids and use hands-free! . This is a great riding family vehicle and I am glad I tried a Toyota, which brings me to my last point. Toyota has a concierge service that I used this weekend, just dial a number and get directory assistance, dinner reservations and more. Very intuitive and progressive brand! More

I had a fantastic dealing with this dealership recently. I went in looking for a used Sequoia. Andre worked with me for quite a while trying to get me into a new one within my budget. When I realized I did I went in looking for a used Sequoia. Andre worked with me for quite a while trying to get me into a new one within my budget. When I realized I did not have the budget for a new one, although I wanted one, they went out and found me the exact used vehicle I wanted. Color, interior, mileage and options in my price range. I am very happy with my experience there and felt the entire sales team was very diligent and knowledgeable. Andre was great with his follow up and keeping me in the loop. In addition, I got a VERY fair amount for my trade in and got a warranty on the vehicle because I bought through them (car has to have under 50,000 miles and be a Toyota), fantastic deal. Such a great experience I referred my closest friend there who was looking for a Highlander, and he bought one through Andre as well. Would highly recommend them. More

I visited Fred Anderson Toyota with my husband with the intention of buying a used car. We are expanding our family and need a safe reliable car. Andre came out to the lot very shortly after our arrival intention of buying a used car. We are expanding our family and need a safe reliable car. Andre came out to the lot very shortly after our arrival and approached us. He was very pleasant and not aggressive at all. He worked with us for a couple of hours to find the "right" car for us. He understood our needs and we test drove three different cars (the last one being the one we purchased). He offered us refreshments and gave us his full attention. Steven came out to check on us twice while we were doing paperwork with Andre. We felt completely at ease during our visit and felt as though we were being taken seriously and treated quite nicely. At no point did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of. Bill took care of our credit approval and all other paperwork and made us feel very comfortable. Buying a car and spending a large amount of money can cause stress and Andre, Bill and Steven all helped to make this a very pleasant experience. I will return for my next purchase and will gladly recommend Andre to anyone in the market for a new car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and assertive and he seems to be a wonderful asset to the Fred Anderson team which is why I gave such a high rating. More
