We looked at several models of Camry's but they didn't have the specific color/option combo that we were looking for so they offered to have one shipped in from another location. Christen kept in contact with us on the whereabouts of the car and called us the minute that the car arrived at the dealership. We ended up buying the car and so far are very pleased with it. Chris Clang in Sales went out of his way to help us with the trading of our 2014.5 Camry for a 2015 Camry. I wanted a particular color and the XSE that this location did not have in stock, and they were very quick to get the exact one I wanted to the dealership within a couple of days. My Husband also purchased a 2015 Tundra Crew Max that they did not have at this location and once again they were able to locate the exact vehicle that he wanted and get it there within a few days. He was uncertain of which Brand he was going to purchase in the beginning and Chris did not pressure him into purchasing. They gave him time to test drive other Trucks, and of course he made the right decision with the Toyota. We both picked up our new vehicles yesterday and are very pleased. Alesia Durr in finance was awesome once again. We made sure to request her for our financing needs after last year. She makes sure you are comfortable with your decision along with your financing and warranty options. As seniors, we needed a smooth comfortable ride with all the conveniences, automatic doors, captains chairs front and back, power lift gate, and extra seating for grandchildren. Brent listened, and produced keys for a Sienna for a test drive. I had a bumpy road all picked out and the Sienna passed with flying colors. Brent located a white EX-L with Navigation in Atlanta, and 48 hours later, we drove home happy, with an exceptional deal. Brent is great! More

Superb Service from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston We went to the dealership today to pick up our 2003 Toyota Corolla which was in for servicing. Shelley Jenkins, our service professional, explained ve We went to the dealership today to pick up our 2003 Toyota Corolla which was in for servicing. Shelley Jenkins, our service professional, explained very clearly what had been done to the car and why. During the conversation Shelley mentioned that she had recently obtained a new Corolla which she liked very much. We asked her if we could look at some new Corollas, just to see what they looked like as we weren’t really in the market for a new car. Shelley introduced us to Christen Salvatico who discussed our needs and wants to ascertain the best Corolla model for us. She showed us an LE model in the color that we were most interested in and with the built-in equipment that we wanted. A test drive showed that it was a significant improvement over our old Corolla in terms of noise abatement, handling, and pick up. Pretty much everything about the new model was much better than the old model. Ably assisted by the dealership manager, Steven Rhoades, Christen was able to come up with a very attractive price. Although we hadn’t come into the dealership with any thought of purchasing a new car the offer was so attractive and the car such a pleasure to drive that we did indeed purchase our new Corolla LE. Blake Dunn very competently took us through the paperwork, explaining all of our options with regard to service contracts and other options. After that was done Christen spent a considerable amount of time going over the car’s features with us, even setting up my iPhone on the built in Bluetooth. All in all it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I would gladly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to anybody and everybody. More
