My husband and I purchased our third vehicle from Steven Salidas. He is a good salesperson who went out of his way for us. Given an option, I would prefer dealing with Elmhurst than other local dealers around my home. Naperville and St. Charles are closer but the service and experience isn't the same. We had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and a Nissan dealership. There is no comparison between those dealers and Elmhurst. We knew we would come back to this one because it was a pleasant expe a Nissan dealership. There is no comparison between those dealers and Elmhurst. We knew we would come back to this one because it was a pleasant experience upon entering. We were greeted by a nice lady and not bombarded with sales people. We spoke a nice sales person by the name of Steven Salidas who helped us and treated us respectfully. I can truly say that everyone that worked here was over the top. The porters,service tech, finance director, you name it and they were friendly and answered any questions that we may have had. Steven Salidas was our sales associate and could not have been more helpful, respectful and personable with our transaction. I am not an actor and was not paid to write this review, just a happy customer and wanted others to share our experience. Five stars to Steven ! More

We bought a minivan from Elmhurst Toyota a few nights ago. Everyone from the salesman, manager and the finance guy were incredibly helpful, honest, generous and friendly. We brought our three kids along and they all shook their hands, too, at the end of our transaction. It is a beautiful and well-managed location. My husband drives hard for a bargain and he was treated with respect, patience with all his questions and every time he asked, they "gave" a little on the price. At all dealerships prior, they would quote us their "internet price" and then not budge a nickel. Highly recommended!! More

From the moment Mr.Salidas(Steven) introduced himself he was personable, knowledgeable,and a pleasure to work with. We told him the type of car we were interested in and the financing deal we had read about was personable, knowledgeable,and a pleasure to work with. Since Elmhurst Toyota didn't have one in stock, Steven checked and found out they could obtain one from another dealer in just a days time. He offered to take us for a drive in a 2013, and was very skilled at showing both my husband and me how the Prius drives and allowing us to ask alot of questions about everything we were unfamiliar with. We had never driven a hybrid before, so it was all new-made easy by Steven's guidance. There was no pushing, just an offer to answer any of our questions and my husband and I left to look at another make and model of car. After that experience, we decided we wanted to go back to Elmhust Toyota and negotiate with Steven for the purchase of our new car. As went our introduction, the negotiation phase was honest and straightforward. We felt extremely satisfied with our purchase. In addition, since we were getting a loan for the car, we had to work with Mike Hackett, the finance manager, who was amazing to work with as well-personalbe and professional. We have been buying cars for 30 years and we both agreed this was our best experience ever.You will not be disappointed if you work with Steven Salidas and the staff at Elhurst Toyota. More

I came to Elmhurst Toyota looking for a new Toyota Corolla. It was going to be the first car I bought, so I did a lot of research and brought my parents along with me to help negotiate. Steven greeted us right when we arrived and asked us if we needed help with anything. It was cold outside, so I was surprised he was out there greeting people. I felt like that made the visit very welcoming right off the bat. I'll admit I was a little skeptical in the beginning just because he was a sales person, but he proved to be a really good guy. I already knew which car I wanted, so Steven brought us to the car and we went for a test drive which went well. Then came the negotiations. Long story short, we ended up getting a price that I was pretty happy with; I think my dad did a really good job negotiating, and Steven and the sales manager Tony compromised with us on the price. Overall, I was really happy with my first car buying experience. I was in and out of the dealership within 4 hours and drove off with a new fully loaded Toyota Corolla at a price I was actually happy with, and Steven made it so that it wasn't a stressful experience. It really could not have gone much better than that! More
