It's poor customer service to have customers wait in their cars for up to 40 minutes while waiting to meet with service advisor. There was a 2. 75 hour wait for service. Probably because the dealer overbooks. However, at check in Steven Taveras told me the wait would probably be 3 hours and a 75 hour wait for service. When giving me an estimate the bill for oil change will be reduced by $40, $20 for the memorial day special discount snd $20 for tire rotation not to be performed. I had frw bad experiences at this dealership and will not be doing business with rhem anymore. More
