Excellent experience. They have kept my 2005 Camry in great condition. Completely trust my advisor. Kevin Scesney has assisted me for 15 years. I stay with DCH, even thoug They have kept my 2005 Camry in great condition. Completely trust my advisor. Kevin Scesney has assisted me for 15 years. I stay with DCH, even though less convenient than service near my home, because of the trusted professional relationship with him. My new advisor, Steven Taveras is also good. I stay with DCH because of the trusted relationships. They have never failed to fix problems. I liked the old location better, but the new location is much improved over the last year. Highly recommend. More

Mr. Tavares went above and beyond when it came to getting the service my vehicle needed. He was very informative about the diagnosis and the action needed to rectify the issue that had my vehicle running bel the service my vehicle needed. This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even when there are no customers to serve. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. All employees I came in contact had a serious “I really don’t care attitude “. More
