We were in the market for a minivan and were excited for the 2021 Sienna since it will be built with a hybrid engine (36 mpg). The team at Continental Toyota was awesome. Amanda, the internet sales manager, kept us up to date, without ever sounding pushy, every 2 weeks on the delivery date of the delayed 2021 Sienna. Once we received the call, Stew was fantastic in respecting our wishes to minimize in-store time due to Covid. We test drove the vehicle and decided on configuration with Stew's help. Never pushy and if he did not know the answer was forthright and got back to us in a timely manner. Even though the dealership did not have our desired configuration, Stew was able to find one in the area. We were very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Continental Toyota.
