Great, timely service. Bozard Ford’s Quick Lane service is just that:—quick! And there’s a nice discount mall a few steps away (across the parking lot) to spend time while you wait! Each time I have had my F-250 Lariat serviced here, it has been quick and easy—no appointment necessary. And the Service Reps are competent and professional. Stewart was great, and saved me problems going forward by authorizing a new oil pan plug. Thx! When I went back in with some address amendment requests, I was again professionally served by a recently married lady whose name I don’t remember. Sorry! But she quickly updated my contact info, and did so with a great sense of humor!! I left with a smile on my face! Thanks again, Bozard! :). More

Efficient Service in Emergency Situation Had a flat that required a new tire. Notified Bozard at around 10:00 AM and had an appointment set for 1:00 PM, same day. Got the tire changed out ( Had a flat that required a new tire. Notified Bozard at around 10:00 AM and had an appointment set for 1:00 PM, same day. Got the tire changed out (could not be repaired) and an oil change. Was out of there by 2:00 PM. Can't get better than that, in my opinion. Patrick Robertson called me to make sure that I was taken care of and Stuart Durden was extremely helpful and quick! More

They were able to offer me a great deal on Michelin The quote for the six tires (I own a dually) was $800 less than I received in the Tampa area. The service was prompt and friendly. Quick and pleasant. On Saturday I stopped in hoping to get the oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would be about an 1 1/2 hours. Dealership sux I asked for the freon to be recharged. It could not be done, because there was a hole in the compressor to condenser hose.
