Oil/filter and tire rotation I made an appt. for 8:15AM. Arrived 8:10. Checked in with Stuart. Car was taken to shop @8:30A. Stuart estimated 1 hr. for oil/filter and tire rotati I made an appt. for 8:15AM. Arrived 8:10. Checked in with Stuart. Car was taken to shop @8:30A. Outstanding dealership OEM tires premature tread loss. Talked to service dept supervisor. He called tire mfg, resolved problem. Went in next day and left with new tires and OEM tires premature tread loss. Talked to service dept supervisor. He called tire mfg, resolved problem. Great as usual Got an oil change and estimates I asked for very quickly. Also helped out tons with price comparisons on tires. They had my tires in in a day. I was even offered a shuttle to work, but then they promised to be done that soon so I could get to work, and the did! More
