I was offered the top amount for my trade-in. Dont know if it was a coincidence or not but my sales consultant was waiting for me at the door for our appointment. Purchase went well without pressure, stress, or surprises. The process did take too long from sit-down to drive-off was 3 hours. A lot of waiting.
