I called Stu over at Ramsey at 7 on a Tuesday night and he was beyond helpful. He even had the paperwork and car ready to go the next morning when the dealership had just opened. The entire process was less than an hour (even switching car insurance over) and before I knew it, I was driving off in my brand new car! Amazing Experience! I had the privilege of dealing with Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey! This is the second time dealing with Stu and I will tell you, it will not be the l I had the privilege of dealing with Stu Fogler at Acura of Ramsey! This is the second time dealing with Stu and I will tell you, it will not be the last! I first leased a TSX Wagon and from the time I leased that car in 2012 to this past December when the lease was up a lot had happened in my life. I called Stu up on a Thursday afternoon and immediately he remembered who I was, what I was driving and what he could do for me. I told him my story as to what had happened since I saw him last and that I was interested in the RDX. He took care of EVERYTHING, I mean everything, and on Saturday (it would have been Friday but he is off on Fridays and I wanted to wait for him ONLY) I walked in at 9am and 15 minutes later walked out driving my new RDX. Stu made sure every aspect of the deal was done so all I had to do was sign my name. He treated me like royalty and I know he would do the same for anyone else. He is there for you for what you need, not what he has to sell and I love that about him. I moved to Tennessee a week later and I told Stu, no matter where I am, I will always be back to deal with him and him alone for as long as I'm driving and need a car. He is most definitely worth the 10 hour trip back to NJ!!! Most car salespeople I want to run from but Stu, he makes you feel more like a friend, "family", and not the sale. I am truly blessed to have met Stu!! More

My previous Acura MDX has never been serviced by anyone but their service department (I live upstate NY) and every time I was there I was treated by a professional, knowledgeable staff; received a loaner auto requested when mine needed to be serviced. I don't normally enjoy the car shopping experience and becoming a "motivated buyer" against my will I went into this experience with low expectations. After visiting a number of dealerships, I was lucky enough to land at Acura of Ramsey. The team there was great! They answered all my questions and, even though they knew I was a "motivated buyer" I felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. Stu was a "rockstar" and made me feel like I had been a customer of his for years. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice of model, features, and then Dave explained all my financing options. Stu even arranged for my wife and I to see the actual car I was buying on the off site lot (near the dealership) prior to committing. Joe, the GM, even popped in to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. He also made us feel like we had been customers for years. The team certainly won my loyalty by turning a potentially stressful experience into a pleasant one. I recommend this dealership highly. More
