October 2015 decided to upgrade my MDX and visit Ramsey Acura. After entering Ramsey main entrance and notice the dealership distinction awards, I immediately felt relax. The environment just feels professional and stress free.The sales associate Manuel Cordero is very polite and knowledgeable, the finance manager, David Schnapper makes the paperwork stress free and especially Stuart Forger,what I love about Stuart is how he takes the time to communicate in a very warm none intimidating manner. Stuart is a well season person with over 10years experience with Ramsey Acura he know how to treat customers. I return after 9 years and once again a very happy customer , my wife is coming soon . He told us what he had available over the phone since we lived almost 25 miles away. We liked what he said so we took the drive up to Ramsey. Everything Stu said was true. He helped us understand how a SUV works since this was our first SUV.. After getting hojme I had questions on how some of the gadgets worked. Stu said call with any questions I called at 4;30 on a Saturday and Stu took the time to answer all my questions. It was a great experience. More
