They streamline everything for you, making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. I can say equally wonderful things about their service department, who bends over backwards to help their customers. From our very first one back in 2006 to our most recent delivery of our 2015 RDX, Acura of Ramsey has consistently proved themselves to be "The Best All Around" in friendliness, sales and service. From the minute we walked in the door we were warmly greeted by Stu Fogler, who we have had the pleasure of working with in the past. Once again, he proved himself to be a great guy, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions we might have had. He handled all the details, making the paperwork process effortless for us. We couldn't be more happy with our new RDX and look forward to a continuing relationship in the future. As I was leaving I inquired about another vehicle that I saw on the lot. I went in by Stuart, was greeted by my name and introduced to Manny for a test drive. He was so accomodating and amazing!!! He explained everything with no pressure at all. He was so courteous and knowledgeable that. I left with another car! Best deal around, gorgeous car, great staff!!!! Best dealership in NJ, I live an hour away and would drive 2 for such great customer service. This is our 6th car from Ramsey Acura. GREAT TEAM! More

Stu Fogler showed us around and was very patient and knowledgeable in answering our questions. We never felt rushed or forced into making a deal like other dealerships do. Stu gave us a great deal and the car was in our driveway that same night. There were no surprises with the pricing. The lease payments came in at the same price that Stu quoted. We love our new TLX. The best I've ever experienced I was in the market just to look around at the cars That I had an interest in when my lease was up with my current vehicle. I truly had no intentions I was in the market just to look around at the cars That I had an interest in when my lease was up with my current vehicle. I truly had no intentions of leaving with a new car just yet, since I was uneducated on what my options were. When I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by a woman with a smile that made me feel like I knew her for years. Her name was Ann and she wanted me to connect with Stu Fogler, since, she knew he could answer any and all questions that I had. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the car I was interested in, he was patient and sincere. Those are qualities that I look for in my personal life, nevermind a car representative. Stu worked his magic! He got me out of my old lease and before I knew it, I was part of the Acura family. We even had some laughs along the way. The gentleman in the finance department, David was also very thorough in explaining all the details once you sign for a new car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership not only for the quality of the product but the overall experience I had. I can not wait to pick up my new plates to say thank you again! More
