He introduced me to Stuart (Stu) Fogler at Acura of Ramsey which is under the same owner as Mahwah Honda. I had the exact same experience with Stu which was a straight up negotiation without any BS where I was extremely happy with both the car and the deal. Best car purchasing experience ever From the moment I walked in I felt totally at ease. I was greeted promptly by the assistant sales manager, Stu, who seemed genuine in asking what I was interested in. I told him which car I wanted to see, he handed me the keys, showed me the car's basic features, and sent me on a test drive telling me to return in a little while. I loved that! There was no pressure, and I was not confined to the vehicle with a sales person when test driving the vehicle. Upon my return, I met with the Stu, and again, I felt so comfortable. Aside from absolutely falling in love with the RDX, the fact that Stu was so friendly, courteous and honest really sealed the deal. It was nice not having to broker a deal, bargain, haggle or negotiate. Everything was very clear and concise; it was truly refreshing! Also, working with Juan, the finance manager, was equally as enjoyable. I was so exceptionally happy with the entire experience, from start to finish, and absolutely love my new car! More
