My wife and I have been to many dealerships over the last several months. At best, we would describe these visits as a waste of time. We became resigned to the fact that getting a used car that met our cr several months. At best, we would describe these visits as a waste of time. We became resigned to the fact that getting a used car that met our criteria would have to come from somewhere else besides a dealership. However, we had one last appointment scheduled and decided to keep it. Based on our previous experiences, we determined that we would stay no longer than 10 minutes. Our appointment at SCDJR of Troy was with Jake Soules. Turns out that our time spent with Jake lasted more than 10 minutes. Curious how someone with no previous experience in sales could be such an excellent sales person. Jake took the time to get to know us first. He asked questions - and he listened. I do believe that Jake was more interested that we found what were looking for then he was in making a sale. It was necessary for my wife and I to return on another day to sign off on the car. Turns out that the one day that fit in with our schedule was the one day that Jake had scheduled to take off from work. We didn't find that out until after the fact. The other people that we encountered in the purchasing process at SCDJR of Troy were both professional and personal, which confirmed why this dealership has such a high rating. But it would be fair to say that my wife and I bought a car - at a dealership - because of Jake Soules. More

I came to look for a car for my son's graduation gift and Flo was our salesman. He showed me a very nice Chrysler 300 he even ran it through the car wash and filled it up with gas. I didnt have much money to Flo was our salesman. He showed me a very nice Chrysler 300 he even ran it through the car wash and filled it up with gas. I didnt have much money to put down and they got me approved with $500 down. Stu the finance guy even got me a full coverage warranty for the car. This was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made! Reggie was so professional and he listened to every detail I had for the Jeep.
