The communication the phone. I dealt with several heritage dealerships. Ended up dealing with the Parkville location. Our sales person was Branford . The communication was excellent. They sent us a video since we were out of state and really made sure that we felt comfortable with the car before making the trip down there and bringing my wife and I and the kids.. We got there the paperwork was all done finalizing some numbers checking over the car and now we are in our new family car . Brandford Was extremely helpful with even helping take our stuff out of the car and setting up the kids car seats to make sure that we had a full experience and that’s what we felt like. AnyOne of their dealerships under the badge heritage/ Mile one . You We will be happy with the experience and communication More
