When I was calling around and checking availability over the phone. I dealt with several heritage dealerships. Ended up dealing with the Parkville location. Our sales person was Branford . They sent us a video since we were out of state and really made sure that we felt comfortable with the car before making the trip down there and bringing my wife and I and the kids.. We got there the paperwork was all done finalizing some numbers checking over the car and now we are in our new family car . Update: As of April 28th, I still do not have my registration to transfer my tags. They mailed it to an out of state address. They do not respond to voicemails, emails, texts, or Honda Corporate inq registration to transfer my tags. They mailed it to an out of state address. They do not respond to voicemails, emails, texts, or Honda Corporate inquiries. They incurred toll charges to my name to deliver the vehicle and refuse to compensate us. They had an IOU for my dash cam and install but they cut the dashcam cables. They couldn't do the install so we had to buy a new cam and get it installed at Best Buy. I had a manager mute himself mid-call claiming an IT issue and they would call me back. They never did. The sales rep ended up being very curt and rude to both me and my husband when we requested updates/ coordination. Literally the worst car buying experience I've ever had and now I'm rethinking Honda in general. Save your time and emotions, go to another dealer. These guys are NOT it. 🥲 Original Review: Heritage was accommodating, informative, and helped us find the right combination that worked best for us! They helped us work out an amazing deal and everyone was kind, courteous, flexible, and patient.
