This is my family’s second purchase from Erin at Heritage Honda. The first experience with her was so good I decided to return when I was ready to buy a new car. The entire transaction, from beginning to e Honda. The first experience with her was so good I decided to return when I was ready to buy a new car. The entire transaction, from beginning to end, was exceptional. Erin was friendly, thoughtful, very knowledgeable about their cars, and transparent about what they could offer. She worked with me to get the best deal I could in a new Accord Touring Hybrid. I felt like I was in very good hands while choosing a car and making decisions about financing. Michael in financing was very efficient and clear in guiding me through the financing process and showing me exactly what I was signing up for. Christina in service, who took my trade-in, was friendly and helpful. My entire experience with Erin and the folks at Heritage was fun and easy. This is definitely our dealership for service and any future purchases. Great job! More
