Then I met Sue Doyle she totally took her time with me. She was super knowledgeable on all of her car products. She could tell you pros and cons of Honda as well as her competitors. So I didn't buy that day nor did I feel extreme pressure from her. A week past and I pulled up to the dealer and she knew my name and the car I was looking at. She went to her desk and just gave me the keys. Talk about great customer service. Sue was incredible! Anyone needing a car you better call Sue Doyle. My finance guy Jim worked a magic miracle with those numbers. He made sure I got that dream car and I did. Jim was patient and kind something you don't usually get with the finance person.
