I went into Bommarito Honda yesterday to test drive a few cars and walked out with keys to my new CRV - my 4th Honda purchase, and my first from Bommarito. Why Bommarito? I didn't feel pressured. I grew up in a "Honda family" and have bought all of our cars from another Metro-east dealer. We'll be going back to Bommarito from now on. More

I was truly amazed when I walked into the dealership after e-mailing Sue about a 2012 CRV. After discussing prices and options over the net, I went to see the vehicle I was inquiring about. When I first got to the lot, I could tell there was a difference of some sort. After a few minutes it dawned on me. ALL the people I talked to that worked there were courteous and helpful, not the faked put on type, but really happy to be working there. There was no pressure or trying to "compare" this brand to that brand. Just very knowledgeable people who answered questions and let it go at that by not putting any pressure about buying at all. After I decided to purchase, everything went smooth and fast. I got what I believed to be a very fair offer on my trade-in. All the paper work was handled professionally and I actually got a better rate from their finance department than I got from my own credit union. So I would not hesitate to send anyone to see Sue at Bommarito Honda if they are looking for a Honda. Or, to any of the Bommarito family of cars to purchase the model of car they want because while talking with Sue and others, they explained that all their dealerships are operated on the same principles that I received. Great prices with friendly service. What else would anyone want? More
