Greatest shopping experience I was not looking to buy a new car. I have loved my 2011 Honda CRV since the day I got it. I could have been a true spokesperson for the reliability of my Honda. Plus every experience I ever had with Bommarito Honda was always delightful! When I recently was there, and as always treated amazing by the Service Department, I found the car I wanted to replace mine. I met Susan Doyle and she was like being with a trusted friend. She was outstanding! She showed immense patience in dealing with my lack of ability with technology. Encouraging me the whole way. She explained everything this car had to offer and it was truly a lovely, painless experience. It was FUN! When we came in to Bommarito and talked to Sue, she sat in the car with us and explained all the fabulous features to us, went over everything inside and outside of the car prior to our test drive. Well needless to say we were sold, not only on the car but on sue. I have been in sales for years and years, Sue exceeded my expectations. When we were ready to pick up the vehicle, I sent Sue a text to see if we could make it happen last Saturday and she was not available but told me, no worries.. she has a partner that can assist. My concern at that part is that Sue get credit for the sale so I was happy to pick it up this week and she said, This is not an issue at all, thank you but do not worry about that at all and told me to come on in at my convenience and talk to Walter. We did that and Walter was also amazing, even though Sue went over the car with us previously, Walter asked if we mind if he went over it with us as well so we did and of course that was a great refresher. We love our new passport, and since it was raining when we picked it up we did not notice until we got home that there is a pretty good scuff on the back bumper. I took a photo with my phone showing time and date and will bring it up to Sue and I'm confident we can resolve that issue as well. More
