I did not expect to purchase the vehicle when I left the house but Sue did a wonderful job answering all my questions and didn't pressure me to purchase the car. She set up the Bluetooth before I left the shop and adjusted the locks for me. She went out of her way to get everything set up and I would recommend her to family and friends. Guy was also very helpful and pleasant work with in setting up the financing and extended warranty. He was also very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to work with. More

Great experience! Walt was a pleasure to meet and work with in buying a new Honda HRV. Even though the car was a new model he knew it inside and out. AWESOME Car buying Experience!!! We were shopping for a car and was actually going to purchase a brand new car from another dealer. When we got there to pick it up with the check in We were shopping for a car and was actually going to purchase a brand new car from another dealer. When we got there to pick it up with the check in hand, the car was not ready for us to our satisfaction. The car was covered in water spots and the salesman even said he cleaned up the "rocks". We were told this is how it would look after it went through a car wash and we were not sure why a new car would need "rocks" cleaned up. After hearing this, we opted to walk away. By chance I e-mailed Sue Doyle at Bommarito. From the first correspondence to the last, the process was very easy and professional. She was even able to change an order around so we could get the exact car we wanted with the color of exterior and interior that we preferred. Never have we received this kind of service! The entire process was extremely easy. This time when we walked in to purchase with the check in hand, the price was what we had discussed, the color (exterior and interior) were perfect, the car was spotless, and there was no mention of rocks. Everything was awesome, Jason in finance was awesome as well!. From the beginning to the end - I would recommend Sue Doyle. We will definitely refer her to our friends and family!
