She made the sales process simple and virtually stress-free. Aside from the vehicle trade-in, I negotiated the vehicle I wanted and price over email. Sue was great about being "straight-up" with me and not using sales gimmicks that I found at several other St. Louis area Honda dealers. Also, she has a very friendly and engaging personality, which put me at ease. The sales manager and finance manager at this dealership were also a pleasure to deal with. More

Even though she was working with four other deals (all unexpected walk ins like us) she was able to get us to the number we were comfortable with in a relatively short time. Jim in the finance department was also very pleasant to work with. There was no pressure to purchase extras and every detail of the finance agreement was explained to our satisfaction. In and out in 4 hours on Saturday is pretty good in my opinion. I will always recommend Bommarito Honda to anyone looking to purchase. I just wish their store and service center was out by me in St. Charles. More
