My wife and I have had very unpleasant experiences in the past and just wanted to run away from a few places screaming, this is not one of those places and you are made to feel very welcome. I did not feel we were being bullied or pressured into buying something I did not want or need. I did a ton of research on the Honda Accord cost and knew what I wanted for my trade-in. After a little discussion a price was agreed upon and a deal was made. We both left the dealership very happy. Her with the car she wanted and me with the price we paid. I am completely impressed with our experience at Bommarito Honda. This was my third car that I have purchased from a Bommarito dealership. Above all the sales staff was very professional, genuinely nice, and extremely helpful. The atmosphere amongst them was like a family, and not a shark tank. Sue Doyle was a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic sales person that gives great information, and insight. She also knows when to give a little space for discussion with the spouse. She spent so much time to make sure I understood all of the “bells and whistles” of the Pilot. A true measure of a great sales person, she followed up with me two days after I bought the Pilot, to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and to let me know she was available if I had any questions. Jason in financing was super nice! He made us feel at ease and while we were signing our life away. I absolutely love my Pilot!!!! More
