I have been with Sears for 11 years and was never disappointed to have placed my trust in them. I knew this over the 11 years of maintaining my car, which they did very well without ever pushing me to replace it. A mercedes lasts forever if well maintained. When I finally decided to replace the car I loved so much, I visited their sales department with the apprehension which is all to common when we are going to deal with someone selling cars, and I met Sue Brinks, an exceptional professional. I am extremely picky and wanted a very particular build. Sue partnered with me in making it happen, carefully looking after my order at every step through the supply chain up in Germany as she would for her own personal order. She never tried to sell me on anything. She always walked the extra mile to make sure my order was truly going to fit my preferences.I always had the impression she put my interests before her own. Patient, listening, trusting, dependable, knowledgeable yet candidly looking for answers when she did not know, Sue is the person you want to do business with. She is also the person you want in your company. If I had not retired, I would try to hire her. If you really think car sales managers are just car sales managers, then try Sue Brinks. The day my new car was delivered I was almost sad to see this sales relationship come to an end.
