She found the right vehicle in the exact color we wanted making this by far the easiest car we have ever purchased or leased. She made certain every step was covered completely and worked directly with the Finance Department to ensure a smooth transition to a new vehicle. In the Finance Department we had the real pleasure of working with two outstanding professionals: Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan. These two men working diligently to handle all aspects of the financing and making sure we would be very pleased with the final deal. I highly recommend both Viktor and Suheil for whatever award that can be bestowed for their professionalism, kindness and genuine care that our financial needs were met through our transactions. We have purchased vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota in the past and always had a great experience but our current experience surpasses any transaction we have previously made. I had the opportunity to meet so many of the staff at Koons and they are all just an outstanding group of people who are genuinely eager to meet your every need. I also had the opportunity to work with both Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan in the finance department. I promised them a challenge in getting me into the vehicle of my choice and they met met every one of my financial needs to get me into the perfect RAV 4! I just cannot tell you all how much their honesty and integrity was appreciated making today the really first enjoyable car deal I have ever completed. Worst Customer Service EVER I purchased my Toyota Sienna from Koons 11 years ago and when I lost all power going 68 miles per hour on Route 50 recently, I turned to them for help I purchased my Toyota Sienna from Koons 11 years ago and when I lost all power going 68 miles per hour on Route 50 recently, I turned to them for help. I was going to be charged $130 just to look at my car and then when I decided to forgo that expense and lease another Toyota vehicle from their sales department they didn't even give me a competitive trade in value. I ended up towing my car to another mechanic, who checked my car out for free and gave me a very fair price for my Sienna. I ended up next door at the Hyundai dealer and leased a brand new Tucson and had wonderful customer service. I hightly recommend anyone looking for a new car goes to Annapolis Hyundai and bypass Koons all together. I will never go back to them again!!! More
