Surya Bhasin was a joy to work with throughout this process of purchasing a used vehicle online. We exchanged several emails and phone calls in which Surya patiently and humbly asked just the right questions to clarify exactly what I wanted and needed in the truck I was seeking. Once that was done he delivered an absolutely beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 LoneStar which had everything for which I was wanting. The negotiation of final buying price was fair and reasonable I've walked away feeling better than I ever have about a "Used Car Salesperson"!!
