Staff is very fast and efficient. I was not in the waiting area for more than hour. Well, first off it took a week to get the appointment. I brought it in on Thursday morning. Thursday evening hillside called and said they didn't get to the car. So Friday Honda called and I authorized a I brought it in on Thursday morning. Thursday evening hillside called and said they didn't get to the car. So Friday Honda called and I authorized a 1hr diagnostic for $155, The mechanic couldn't see the car until Monday. Monday comes along, nothing. Tuesday.. morning Honda called and said the car was ready. What did you do? we change the TDC sensor module the part is $152.29 pluss three hour labor is $465. plus tax. I called the parts department at the same dealership and I was quoted $132.27.(cheeters) Anyway, Honda said they wanted to do another 1rh $155 diagnostic because there may be something else wrong. I said you gotta be friggin kidding; give me back my car and leave me alone. Wasted time wasted money and not very positive feelings about HILLSIDE HONDA Queens New York. BY THE WAY I DID MY OWN DIAGNOSTIC IN 15 MINUTES AND CAME UP WITH MORE THAN THEY GAVE ME. More
