I took my car for an oil change and I was very pleased with the customer service Susan Romero provided to me. This is the second time she helps me and she is always attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and with the customer service Susan Romero provided to me. This is the second time she helps me and she is always attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and eager to help. I just love how everyone at Clark-Knapp Honda goes above and beyond to help their customers. More

Susan was awesome! However I am still disappointed that the appointment I had 10 days earlier was cancelled when I showed up due to my maintenance light not being on. However I am still disappointed that the appointment I had 10 days earlier was cancelled when I showed up due to my maintenance light not being on. I had about 11,000 miles since my previous oil change and I knew I was due. 5 days after that cancelled appointment my light came on. So, I had to take another half day off from work to reschedule. When purchasing the vehicle I was told that I would get 2 free oil changes per year for 2 years. I wasn't told you get a free oil change if we say you get a free oil change. It seems like someone changed the agreed upon deal. Last year I was not given any problems when requesting my oil changes. Now it's different. I feel if you make an agreement with a person, that agreement should be kept and not changed. Just to be honest this will make me think twice the next time I decide to purchase a new vehicle. I love my Honda. It's a great car. Just not happy about how I believe the goal lines were moved. Susan was awesome though!! More
