Can’t say the same about your car salesmen/women: Suggestion: I was at the lot for 2 hrs I have been contemplating trading in my 2020 Pilot for a 2026 Passport. I even checked out the orange one in the showroom and the black one outside on the lot. No one approached me!! To be honest I probably would have been easy to convince!! Someone sent me a text later on but I had already changed my mind. More

I went in with the date that I had scheduled on the Honda app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. What was the point of confirming on the app and through a tex app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. What was the point of confirming on the app and through a text message if I still had to reschedule to go in to get the part fixed? Other than that. Good service. They worked on my vehicle very quickly. More

It's always a pleasure to work with Susan. She keeps me informed as my service progresses and is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and when it should be done, even with my car tha She keeps me informed as my service progresses and is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and when it should be done, even with my car that Honda no longer has in production, the plug-in hybrid. After having an all electric (other brand), I needed something with more than 87 mile range and this plug-in hybrid is perfect. I haven't been to a gas station since last summer as it is all electric around town and I never saw a major increase in my electric bill. I hope Honda will consider making another plug-in hybrid before I need a new car!! More
