There are quite a few choices to get an oil change so it’s the little things that make a difference. I waited for at least 15 minutes after arriving to speak with a Service advisor, while at least 4 port it’s the little things that make a difference. I waited for at least 15 minutes after arriving to speak with a Service advisor, while at least 4 porters were standing around talking, not the best look for a customer what ever the reason. A quick car wash before returning my car from service, it’s the little things that make the difference. More
