Bad Experience with Herb Chambers Honda Boston We are disappointed with our first&last experience in Herb Chambers on 06/Sep/2015. 1. We haven't felt much interest in Victor's manner to deal wit We are disappointed with our first&last experience in Herb Chambers on 06/Sep/2015. 1. We haven't felt much interest in Victor's manner to deal with us in explaining and answering our queries (He was just doing for the namesake). 2. Price negotiation was also not proffessional (I would suggest to have better training in customer handling skills for employees like victor). 3. There was a physical quarrel happened between the employees in front of the customers, which was absolutely a bad scene. Over all - It was a bad idea to visit Herb Chambers Honda Boston ! Our feedback may or may not be valuable to your business, But these small suggestions would help you to serve customers better ! (Even I had mentioned our bad experience thro email , but they never even acknowledged) More

Great experience with Tony Y. Tony Y. was great. I had my best experience so far at this service place with Tony. He was very patient, friendly and professional. He showed me which Tony Y. was great. Best Experience at a Car Dealership In a Long Time I recently took my Honda Accord to get oil change and also do some maintenance checkup, I was overwhelmingly welcomed as soon as I walked into the doo I recently took my Honda Accord to get oil change and also do some maintenance checkup, I was overwhelmingly welcomed as soon as I walked into the door. Especially with service from Tony Yuen, he would go out of his way to answer all of my questions and concerns. Not only that, he would also try to find the best deal and price for my car. Best part is that I requested to have my car picked up by 4PM that afternoon due to the fact that I need to pick up my daughter from day care, and sure enough, he had my car washed and ready to go before 4PM. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone else that needs their Honda to be serviced. More

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would not recommend Herb Chambers to my worst enemy. Buying a used car could not have been a worse experience for me. After test driving a few cars, I would not recommend Herb Chambers to my worst enemy. Buying a used car could not have been a worse experience for me. After test driving a few cars, I decided to go with a 2009 Subaru Legacy, a good, reliable AWD car. The same day I drove it off the lot, tons of problems started happening: loud vibration from the transmission, grinding from the gearbox, shot front suspension, blown out stereo speakers, and a bad ABS sensor. It was immediately obvious to me (and the HC mechanic I later drove with) that the car had not been inspected before it was sold. HC later misdiagnosed the problem and replaced a wheel bearing unnecessarily. Problems persisted. I got the issues diagnosed at a Subaru dealership, but HC agreed to replace only the transmission mount, which was the cheapest on the list of problems. I made an appointment to have the part replaced, left the vehicle, and got no call from them stating the car was either ready to go or not yet fixed. They kept it overnight without my knowledge or consent, and when I called the Sales department to find out the status of my car, they were unbelievably rude. I missed a day of work because of them and they simply did not care. Bottom line: HC does not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. They will take shortcuts wherever possible. They will screw you out of every dime they can. Don’t buy so much as a pair of windshield wipers from these guys. More

That said, I don't know how many people Tanisha sees in a week, month, etc., but she not only recognizes my face, but also speaks to me by name. She is knowledgeable and when she says that she will get back to you she does. She is a pleasure to work with in all possible ways. My experience with the Herb Chambers Boston service has been pleasant, but Tanisha shines above the rest. More

I always deal with Tony Yuen, who is great to work with and will explain everything slowly and carefully which I appreciate. Really happy with their service. I'd recommend if you prefer to go to a dealership like I do, they are the place to go. I know that the job is being done right there. More
