In addition to their reliable mechanics, Tereza Guzman - a service advisor - always provides outstanding service. Her expertise is based on years of working at Herb Chambers. In addition to being able to trust her advice, Tereza is both professional and kind. When I needed to replace my 2008 Honda Accord that had over 120,000 miles, Tereza introduced me to Jose Yapul in the Sales department. Jose carefully addressed all my questions before, during and after the purchase of my new Honda Accord. Several times, Jose called me back on his days off after getting a message from me. When I was deciding between two different options, Jose was patient and asked good questions that helped me to make the choice that was best for my needs. More

Slow turnaround time for simple check-up Though the staff was very kind and apologetic, the wait time for the service provided was quite extensive and beyond what was expected. I took used ca Though the staff was very kind and apologetic, the wait time for the service provided was quite extensive and beyond what was expected. I took used car in for evaluation to see if there were any major repairs needed. I was quoted an expected wait time of 90 minutes. The whole process ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. Specifically once the inspection was done and I had paid and everything seemed all set, it took the dealership 30 minutes to get my car out of the garage and pulled out front for me to leave. Everyone was nice and apologetic but the service was much slower than expected / quoted. More
