This is the second time buying a car, Honda from your company, the first being Dec. 23rd 2013. I enjoyed the easy process so much, that I made may second purchase here. The only "bump" in the road, was trying to find the color, (Modern Steal) with black leather interior that my wife fell in love with, in a four cylinder. Your sales team of the Sales Manager, Mr. Forest Frangiamore, Internet Sales person, Andrew, and Mr. Fabian Garcia, who once I made the purchase, stood out in 17 degree weather to show me all of the features. Also Mr. Lascelles McKenzie, Business Manager and the man I did all the "Legal" paperwork with. I ended up upgrading to the V6 to keep the colors my wife wanted. I already had a Mr. Timothy Broman purchase a vehicle from you Dec. 23rd, 2013 and is currently waiting to see the new 2017 CRV. More

Poor service experience I'm actually very unsatisfied with my recent service primarily because my issue was not resolved. I came into Herb to have a scraping noise in the lef I'm actually very unsatisfied with my recent service primarily because my issue was not resolved. I came into Herb to have a scraping noise in the left-rear wheel-well investigated and ended up leaving with new rear breaks that cost me over $1000 and no fix of the initial problem and sound. I was also told to give my car over $1000 of additional 100k service options for things like fluid flushes and filter changes and felt very uncomfortable with what was being pushed on me. My car is still making the noise and I'm no closer to having it solved. I'm actually not even sure I want to come back to the dealer after everything I've been charged, requested to be charged, and having the service be less than satisfactory. I've been coming to this location for the entirety of my ownership of this vehicle and although I used to leave more or less satisfied with the service I have had a bad taste in my mouth the past few visits, most noticeably on this most recent one. What do you do in these cases? More

Brakes, Noise and Rear Speaker Deck I asked for the right rear brakes to be checked because of a noise sounding like the caliper was sticking. I was told all 4 needed to be done for $12 I asked for the right rear brakes to be checked because of a noise sounding like the caliper was sticking. I was told all 4 needed to be done for $1200. I approved the work. The noise is still there. This is not the first time this has happened. I asked for the rear speaker deck to be fixed from vibrating. I've asked for this to be done twice along with other work. Each time driving away and halfway home the noise is back. I've given up on that repair. More

State inspection It was my first time in this shop I went to go get my state inspection the employee who took my car didn't explain to me what I need it to do when I g It was my first time in this shop I went to go get my state inspection the employee who took my car didn't explain to me what I need it to do when I go in he just told me to just go in and have a seat I was there at 9am and it was 1pm and nobody told me anything about car until I got very mad and went to customer service and they was very surprise that I still had the paper that the guy gave me when I came in because I suppose to go to customer service first and then seat down something that the employee that took my car never told me and explain to me what I need it to do when he knew it was my first time there so my experience was very bad and very disappointed I don't think would come here anymore. More

However Boston Herb Chambers Honda did not have any discount online coupon for tire rotation, but its own competitor, Burlington Herb Chambers Honda had discount online coupon for oil change and tire rotation.. The cost of oil change at Burlington Herb Chambers Honda was even lower then the cost at Boston Herb Chambers Honda.. I mentioned that to the service person, and she was willing to price match for me.. She got permission from her supervisor at Boston Herb Chambers to print the online coupon from Burlington Herb Chambers Honda website. Very friendly. More
