As our first BMW there has been a little “breaking in” period for my wife and me. Joe addressed our concerns with professionalism and understanding. My experience with the BMW store was very nice. Jonathan was my salesman and he treated me very well. He took his time in trying out many different models I wanted to see and talk about.
