BUYER WARE! ! We talked to 2 different salespeople (2 different days). Very interested on one used vehicle which brought us back the second day. Both salespeople ! We talked to 2 different salespeople (2 different days). Very interested on one used vehicle which brought us back the second day. Both salespeople very friendly. We asked each one the cost of the vehicle and both gave us the same price (which we expected same price). We were ready to sit and sign papers for purchase. Worksheet filled out and we saw an additional figure (almost $3,000) added which we thought tax and DMV fees which expected. The salesperson excused herself for a minute when she came back we found they did a credit check (expected but they never asked). Then I questioned what the $3,000 was for. She told us it was additional cost for the dealership "extras". Had we known at that time we would have stopped at that point. We said we did not want their "extras". She had manager come over, he tried to tell us basically we should expect extra costs from quoted cost. In my opinion this is a dealership who does a bait and switch on their prices. They tell me cost of vehicle one price then add on additional cost which should had been in "cost" of vehicle when asked. The games they played. Again, BUYER BE WARE at this dealership. They did offer 10% off of their extras because we are AAA members but that's far from their $3,000 additional charge. Their smiles do not help my budget. More
