I was looking for a new SUV and after shopping a few local dealers, I was almost really to give up...the games they kept playing, constant wasting of my time trying to get me to come in when I was very clear about what it was I was looking to buy...I gave Susanna my info, she called me back with the best deal and had tons of inventory. Even after the sale she texted me to check in to make sure all was going well, sent me some videos on how to use some of the features...I don't write a ton of reviews, but she really took care of me...even came in on her day off for the delivery, even when I told her to not to...she actually cares that much!!
