I contacted Susanna Yim from internet sales at Norm Reeves Honda to ask about the new Honda Pilot. We set up a time to meet later on that day. I felt very comfortable with her from the get go, she took us out on a test drive (Pilot & CRV), we end up taking the CRV EX-L with the help of Susanna and the finance department at Norm Reeves.
