I only knew her by name but got the sense that she was a nice person based on the limited email/phone interactions we had. Her work ethic is noteworthy, along with her email/text response speed! Imagine, then...walking into the Norm Reeves dealership at 9:30PM on a Tuesday, passing by a sea of empty cubicles...and the only one STILL working is this cute little lady measuring maybe a quaint 5'1 tall. Her desk is noticeably crowded by all the trophies/awards she's received. So fast forward to 11PM after signing the dotted line and receiving the car keys, I walk out feeling confident I made the right choice by working with someone honest, helpful and rightfully earning the reputation as "The Machine", who may very well be the Top Internet Sales person of the nation!:-O Thank you Susanna!
