Finance manager Frank Wong manipulated me during the financing process into buying the alarm system, and some windscreen insurance. Started playing games after agreeing to refund the money. During sales they were going to leave the system in and deactivate. After agreeing to refund they instead started demanding I let them take out the Alarm system and would not tell me any details.
