It was fast and satisfied with the price! I didn't even have to deal with the price. First price Susanna gave me was great and I did search around. And at the dealership the process was fast. Great service from Samantha On April 4 2019 I had an appointment with Suzanna Yim for the signing and acquisition of my new Civic sport. Unfortunately miss Yim could not make it On April 4 2019 I had an appointment with Suzanna Yim for the signing and acquisition of my new Civic sport. Unfortunately miss Yim could not make it and Samantha replaced her to conclude my deal. Although she is new at this dealership Samantha was very professional and attentive. The process takes a little too long for my liking but all in all my experience with Samantha was VERY positive. Last June I dealt with Jerry Gonzales and he of course being the veteran that he is was super sharp and a real pro in our deal for a new CRV. I recommend Norm Reeves to all my friends because they have quality people and the service dept is top notch. Kudos to miss Samantha and continue your great work. Thank you. More
