A smooth, no hassle experience I was looking to purchase a new Civic and had quotes from a few other dealerships. One dealership quoted me a particularly good deal, yet I decided t I was looking to purchase a new Civic and had quotes from a few other dealerships. One dealership quoted me a particularly good deal, yet I decided to give Norm Reeves of Cerritos a call just to see what kind of quote I would receive. It turned out to be a really good decision! I called the sales number and asked to be connected to someone from internet sales. Susanna answered on the other end, and I asked her if she could offer me a better deal than what I already had. Not only did Susanna match it, but she was able to get me an even better deal. I set up an appointment with Susanna to test drive the vehicle, and when it came time for the paperwork, I looked at the out of door price for the Civic, and was delighted to see a lower price than I expected. There were no unpleasant surprises, and the entire car buying experience went very smoothly. Susanna was quite pleasant, and took every opportunity to answer any questions I had. Even after the sale was finalized and I had taken the car home, Susanna still makes it her duty to answer and address any issues I may have. I definitely would recommend Susanna to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. More
