I came in and Susanna helped me through the process of getting into a newer car. I was hoping for a good deal and came out with a great one! I'm loving my new 2017 Honda CR-V. Susanna was able to work with my budget considering this was an expensive buy! Since then, Susanna contacts me every so often just to check in on me and how I'm doing. Customer service at its finest!
