Hello everyone, I gotta say it again. It was the end of the day on a Friday. Rob went out of town and Erick was running the service counter. I contacted Patty in the rental department and It was the end of the day on a Friday. Rob went out of town and Erick was running the service counter. I contacted Patty in the rental department and she reached out to Rob and they authorized a truck for me because I had to leave my vehicle there …..now that is team work . I know Erick had been slammed all day but still kept his composure and his service commitment to his customers was the only agenda. I am so impressed the way the service department took care of me and I have nothing to worry about. Thanks again, Erick you may want to consider working and helping Rob back there i’m sure he really appreciates it. 😄😄😄😄😄 More
