Very Satisfied I had been shopping for an SUV. I went to 6 dealerships and drove the ones I had an interest in. After much research I decided on one from Karl Flamme I had been shopping for an SUV. I went to 6 dealerships and drove the ones I had an interest in. After much research I decided on one from Karl Flammer. I actually went here 3 times. Once on the way home from work just to look (not test drive) a vehicle, the 2nd time to test drive and then after driving others at different dealerships returned here to purchase. At no time did I ever feel pressured or hurried. Angel Garcia was my sales rep and it was a pleasure doing business with him. During my decision making process he was available at all times for my questions. I even texted him on the evening of July 4th and he immediately responded. From Angel to his Manager to the Finance Dept (Susanne, I believe), it was a good experience all the way around. It is very stressful making just a big decision and large purchase and they took the stress out of it. I definitely recommend coming here if you are shopping. And...I LOVE my new Ford Edge!! More
