Suzanne Newman responded within 15-minutes (before their post I found a 2012 Yukon XL via AutoTrader that I liked and sent an email message to Ewing. Suzanne Newman responded within 15-minutes (before their posted hours of operation). After two or three exchanges in an hour, I had set an appointment to see the vehicle. Suzanne was great, answering all our questions and ensuring we absolutely understood what we were getting and that all our questions were answered. My wife and I love the car. Brian Etzel got us the deal we needed with no pressure. Without trying to take us down a ridiculously unnecessary path, they laid out our options and let us choose our route. You don't feel like a lamb being lead to slaughter by pushy sales people when dealing with her. She communicates promptly with you by text or voice and provides all the information you need to make an informed decision. She even set up my blue tooth in the new vehicle and cleared out the settings on my previous vehicle (which I also bought from her). I'm excited to start 2015 out in a brand new Enclave and I'll be back in a few years when its time to upgrade! More
