Service took longer than expected but service advisor was very helpful and kept me informed. Unfortunately I was never apprised of the estimate to fix the issues that I was supposed to get from service tech very helpful and kept me informed. Unfortunately I was never apprised of the estimate to fix the issues that I was supposed to get from service tech who worked on my vehicle. Total invoice was way higher than expected but I certainly appreciated the coupon that they applied. This was my first experience with Colonial and I will consider returning and/or recommending this dealership. More

I started with this dealership shortly after I moved here from Oklahoma 20 plus years ago. I purchased the car I have now in 2017 and plan to keep it.
